RATE SCHEDULE and TERMS

Mediation services:
Two parties -- $175.00 per party, per hour;
Three parties -- $140.00 per party, per hour;
More than three parties -- $125.00 per party, per hour.

There is a three-hour minimum for all scheduled mediation sessions.
There is a three-hour cancellation fee for any mediation where notice of cancellation is not provided to the Mediator at least five calendar days prior to the beginning of the first mediation session.

Arbitration services:
$350.00 per hour, shared equally by each party

There is an eight-hour minimum for all scheduled arbitration sessions.
There is an eight-hour cancellation fee for each day of arbitration where notice of cancellation is not provided to the Arbitrator at least 30 calendar days prior to the beginning of the first arbitration session.

There are no other administrative, office, postage, phone or copying
charges unless extraordinary charges (i.e. overnight delivery, lengthy
long distance conference call, etc.) are requested; such charges will be
billed to the requesting party.
